It will NOT cover the "Sony Ericsson" logo above LCD, nor the "Cyber-shot" text underneath. Picture shown in web page is not real, since it appears to cover the whole plastic surface that is above the LCD. This item only covers the area of screen where the LCD screen is (I mean only the small internal rectangle where the real LCD is). Also, it will not cover a small amount of the plastic cover all around the LCD.
The film looks good, well attached, smooth, scratch resistant, crystal clear (I used a Palm screen protector (cut to fit) on the phone before buying this one, now I can see the photos the way they should look). I would like to have more info about this screen protector before buying it, but.Yes, the screen is not fully covered; I thought that it will be a little bit smaller (in order to stick properly to the screen, no contact to the edges) but that's not the issue: the film is not as pictured (rectangular), it have a "missing part"; when you apply it, the screen part where the words "Cyber-shot" are placed (or the Sony Ericsson words, depends on how you apply it) will be unprotected. 4 stars.Be warned.
I has some trouble to install it but once I put it on keep in place and resist a lot.
This is my first LCD Shield.I bought it for a Sony Ericsson K-790aThe user saying "does not cover the whole screen" is right. BUT it is only a few milimeters.The "main screen" is protected and that is what i was looking for.The shipment was FAST.
Amazing, I have it for almost a month and my screen it's just like new.
